[TDLA is submitting an application for ME CLE and is an accredited MCLE sponsor in VT. 

New Hampshire and Vermont attendees must self-determine whether a program is eligible for credit,

and self-report their attendance. NHMCLE does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the

NH Minimum CLE requirement.  TDLA believes this course meets the requirements of NH Supreme Court Rule 53 and may qualify for 195 minutes (including 60 minutes ethics) toward the annual NHMCLE requirement.]

a focus on a lawyer’s professional responsibilities that arise at trial, including issues associated with ‘The Golden Rule,’ the duty of competence as applied in the tripartite relationship

ensuring institutional clients’ future success by preparing newer attorneys coming up the ranks for continuity and confidence


Preparing for Trial: Tricks and Tips for

preparing clients and witnesses for trial,

preparing to cross-examine witnesses at trial, and demonstrative aids
