The Program
Artificial intelligence is taking hold in the practice.
There is fear and trepidation about its use (and misuse). In this session,
Frank Ramos will explain how to use AI, specifically chatbots, in your practice
and claims departments ethically, appropriately, reasonably and effectively.
Beyond giving an overview of AI in the practice, Frank will provide
hands on instructions on four large language models - ChatGPT 4, Claude,
Bing and Bard. Bring your concerns and questions.
